“I don’t write many reviews, but this one’s easy. My black Mazda was super dirty, bug splatter, dust all over the dash, coffee in the cupholders, gunk in the crevices. After a full interior and exterior detail from Gloss Labs Wilmington, it legit looks like a different car.

Hashim is obsessive in the best way. He did all the big stuff (deep hand wash, wheels/tires, windows, vacuum, leather clean/condition) and then went after the tiny areas most detailers skip. Attention to detail second to none. I watched him use a toothpick to get the grime out of the center-console seams, around the shifter, and the badge edges. He brushed out the vents, cleaned the seat rails, door jambs, behind the door handles, even the fuel door. No greasy shine, no heavy perfume either, just clean, crisp, and streak-free. The paint has that deep “mirror” look again, the chrome/trim pop, and the interior feels brand new.

Scheduling was simple, pricing was fair, and he showed up right on time with great communication.
